Launched in 2017 in Wirral, Merseyside; we want to improve the lives of vulnerable people whilst making work a better place for nurses and carers.Our clients include those with brain injuries, spinal injuries and physical disabilities; providing a rewarding opportunity to learn and develop your skills whilst helping others.*The Role*We’re currently looking for an experienced carer to support a 1 year old boy with complex health needs in his own home. Our client has a tracheostomy and requires round-the-clock care to keep him safe.You will start working with this little one at Alder Hey where you will be trained by our Paediatric Lead Nurse and work towards a discharge home with his family. Full and part-time hours are available across the week, including weekends on a rota basis.*Requirements*What We’d Like

• Experience in working with children / young people with complex health needs e.g. tracheostomy, artificial feeding, medication
• Car driver with access to your own vehicle

*Clinical Training*Whilst we expect a degree of experience in caring for individuals with complex health needs, full clinical training on the specific needs of our client will be provided for the right candidates. This includes a combination of e-learning and classroom-based training, followed by job-shadowing and 1-2-1 hands-on training with our Lead Nurse.*Employee Benefits*
