CitySuites is looking for a Conference and Events Sales Executive. The role will include delivering a great experience to all our guests, the successful applicant will have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed the expectations of our guests. You will be required to take on a broad role with a hands-on approach and will be responsible for prospecting, client management, group and events bookings & event management. CitySuites have numerous meeting rooms and events space that needs to be maximised.

As our executive you will be responsible for: -

· Growing both new and existing corporate accounts

· Act as the point of contact between the sales and operational teams for all Conference & events

· Creating event function sheets to ensure guests requirements are accurately documented and distributed to the wider departments

· Conducting face to face site visits and final detail calls

· Booking and attending guest pre and post event meetings

· Assist in taking enquiries over the phone and via email to confirm event details

· Proactively seek out new business, raising the profile of CitySuites and our Embankment businesses

· Meet your sales targets while driving standards and productivity

· Ensure that all events are delivered in line with agreed budgets and time frames

· Represent CitySuites & Embankment businesses at networking events

· Ensure all KPIs are exceeded on a daily and monthly basis

Experience

· You will have a minimum of 2 years’ sales experience ideally in hospitality

· You are able to build effective relationships quickly

· Methodical – accurate and the ability to work on own initiative, with great attention to detail

· Computer literate , with experience of Hotel PMS

· Sales focussed and enthusiastic, with excellent customer service skills

Salary: £24,000.00 per year
