Academic Choice is currently recruiting for an experienced Cover Supervisor.

Personal qualities needed include confidence, presence, flexibility, and a sense of humour.

Excellent literacy and numeracy skills is key, A grade C or above in English and Maths is essential.

The Experienced Cover Supervisor Will

• Supervise classes during the day. This can be for several different subjects, of which planning will be set and prepared beforehand.
• You are to deliver the work that has been set, manage pupil behaviours and assist pupils in relevant activities during their lessons. Its key to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
• As an Experienced Cover Supervisor you will work under the guidance of teaching and senior staff to secure good outcomes for all students.
  

This role would suit a graduate/someone looking to gain experience to pursue a teaching career.
