About the role:

As an ICT Technician, you’ll ensure seamless operation of our IT and AVA systems, collaborating with Network Managers for strategic planning. Your responsibilities include system maintenance, troubleshooting, AV facility management, and providing technical support to staff.

Key Responsibilities:

IT/AV Strategy Implementation
Hardware & Software Maintenance
Network Management & Troubleshooting
AV Technical Assistance
Website & External Access Administration
Compliance with Policies & Procedures

The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified to NQF Level 3 or equivalent
Proficient in Windows-based servers/clients
First Aid Qualification
Strong IT & AV infrastructure knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Resilient, adaptable, and solution-focused
