Our Restaurant Manager will lead a team of Floor Managers, Head Waiters, Waiters and Runners in daily operations and with long term development, conduct and performance management to give the best experience to our Members and guests when they come and dine with usRestaurant ManagerBenefitsSoho House offers competitive compensation packages for our Managers that feature global benefits and perks. What We Are Looking For – Restaurant Manager

• Experience managing a restaurant with regular menu changes and serving a great product
• A service focused mindset and someone who thrives being on the floor
• Great communicator and passionate about people development
• Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
• Previous experience within hospitality or service-based industry
