• Experience gained in a similar role within an MSP or reseller environment.
• Longstanding IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience in designing and deploying innovative, scalable & resilient solutions to the enterprise level.
• Exposure to deploying and managing MS cloud services.
• Experience in deploying, managing, and monitoring IT Security solutions.
• Extensive networking experience with Cisco knowledge being an advantage.
• A highly developed understanding of the IT landscape with the ability to scope and onboard new technologies, inclusive of vendor negotiations.
