The Competition Platform provides an easy way for brands to place their products and services in front of their target audience by running competitions in well known publications.

We are looking for an individual that will fit into the team and progress as the company grows.

This is a crucial role in ensuring that the clients, publishers and users all benefit from the promotions and activities we undertake.

What would you be doing?

The role will mainly involve interacting with PR companies and brands directly to source suitable prizes for our competitions. You will be responsible for selecting the brands, contacting the relevant people, and ensuring that assets are in place for competitions. Typical activities will include:

  • Making phone calls (Phone training will be provided)
  • Researching brands
  • Checking copy and images

What type of person are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will be a creative and hardworking individual with a love of marketing and sales. You may have studied or worked in Marketing or Business discipline but this is non-essential, as long as you can demonstrate that it is an area you want to work in. The successful person for the role will:

  • Have a real passion seeing things tasks to completion.
  • Be confident speaking to people on the phone and communicating via email.
  • Be conscientious with a keen eye for detail.

What are all the practical details?

This role is paid at UK minimum wage plus an uncapped commission that doubles upon monthly team targets being achieved. Realistic on-target earnings for full-time staff are in the region of £30,000+ a year.

This role is for 37.5 hours a week, with flexibility to work in-part from home.
