Night Concierge - 12 hours per week

As our night concierge you will support this vision by ensuring safe and secure accommodation for customers and their guests.

Day to day you will be responsible for monitoring the safety and security of the building, identifying and highlighting risks, as well as escalating issues if they arise. Responding quickly and efficiently to any potential incidents, recording them accurately and finding solution will also be an important part of the role.

We are looking for someone who will help create a customer-focused and welcoming environment, designing and providing tailored support to customers based on an assessment of needs, and adapting appropriately to suit individual customers.

This role is based at our scheme Mallow Court in Wolverhampton, WV6 0PA. You’ll work 12 hours per week supporting adults with mental health challenges. The role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and the hours are Sunday nights, 6pm – 6am with the opportunity to pick up ad hoc shifts as and when required.

We want somebody who:

• Has a positive can-do attitude to deliver outstanding customer service
• Demonstrates consistent integrity, trust and fairness whilst embracing equality and diversity
• Confident overseeing site safety and safe working practices, complying with health and safety requirements
• Ability to build relationships with customers whilst maintaining professional boundaries
