Property Litigation Solicitor, Manchester City Centre

Excellent opportunity for a property litigation solicitor (0-3 PQE) at an international firm in Manchester.

The Firm and The Role

• Leading international firm with a well-established presence in Manchester
• Led by an industry recognised Partner
• This role will be part of the national Real Estate litigation team
• Handling aspects of commercial landlord and tenant law to include; Service of break notices and advice on their validity and conditionality, dealing with lease renewal/termination notices and proceedings, advice on status of occupation after lease expiry, arrears recovery, obtaining possession of commercial premises, service charge disputes, dilapidations and telecommunications

The Candidate

• Property Litigation solicitor, NQ-3
• Experience in handling a mixed workload of commercial landlord and tenant law
• Ability to deliver commercial advice to clients
• You will have strong relationship and client handling skills
• Excellent attention to detail and able to work under pressure
