Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, so we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist to join us to help us as we scale up. You will be fully embedded in the HR team, so you will learn more about how HR and TA work closely together and you’ll have the chance to get involved in some of the many projects we have.

Here’s why you’ll be great in this role…

• Ideally you will already have experience as a sourcer, or in house recruiter (or similar)

• You might be looking for your move from agency to in house, or you might have been supporting in recruitment and ready to take your next step

• You know how to attract and source passive talent

• You have great communication skills and can use them when working with managers and candidates
