About Our Client

This role, Temp Accounts Payable with Sage (immediate start), is with a Tech client in the City with a medium sized Finance team. This role will be working most closely with two other Accounts Payable Assistants and reporting into the Financial Controller. The company specialises in IT and computer support.

Job Description

The key responsibilities in this role, Temp Accounts Payable with Sage (immediate start), will include:

  • High volume invoicing on Sage 200

  • Multicompany invoicing

  • Managing and processing payments

  • Making bank and supplier statement reconciliations

  • Credit card reconciliations

  • Answering any queries

  • Immediate start

  • Hybrid working, based in the City of London

  • Paid hourly

  • Accountancy based and Financial Services backed

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for this role, Temp Accounts Payable with Sage (immediate start), will

1) have min. 2-3 years Accounts Payable experience

2) have Sage experience and high volume invoicing

3) be immediately available
